As our primary practice area, the labor and employment practice area offers advice related to businesses' day-to-day needs and their Human Resource Departments. We offer representation and guidance with Labor Commission claims, DFEH complaints, Cal/OSHA citations, workplace investigations, wage and hour audits, employment policies and procedures, employee handbooks, severance agreements, and provide onsite training and consultation.

Real Estate Law

The real estate practice area negotiates, drafts, and reviews purchase and sale agreements, tenancy agreements, property management agreements, ground leases, lease and sublease agreements, tenant improvements, construction contracts, prejudgment asset attachments, commercial and residential evictions, and rent collection.
